We have replanted over 8,000 indigenous trees and grasses, restoring 45 hectares of degraded savannah to thriving ecosystem corridors.
Water Stewardship
Our closed-loop irrigation system recycles 90% of water used on the course, while natural wetlands filter runoff before it returns to local waterways.
Anti-Poaching Programme

Terms of Service
1. Booking and Cancellation
All tee-time bookings must be made at least 24 hours in advance through our website or by phone. Cancellations made within 12 hours of the booked time will incur a 50% cancellation fee. No-shows will be charged the full green fee.
2. Course Conduct
Players are required to observe proper golf etiquette at all times. This includes maintaining pace of play, repairing divots and ball marks, raking bunkers, and adhering to the dress code. Changamire Golf reserves the right to remove players who consistently disregard course rules.
3. Wildlife Interaction
Our course is located within an active wildlife conservancy. Players must not approach, feed, or disturb any wildlife encountered on the course. Dedicated wildlife viewing areas are available and clearly marked. Failure to respect these boundaries may result in removal from the course.
4. Liability
Changamire Golf is not liable for injury, loss, or damage to personal property that occurs on the estate. Players participate at their own risk. We recommend appropriate insurance coverage for equipment and personal injury.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, and materials on this website are the property of Changamire Plc Golf Estate. Reproduction or distribution of any materials without written consent is strictly prohibited.
